Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Crazy Dino Eggs app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by DinoStudio (the "Service Provider") as a free, ad-supported service. The Application does not require you to create an account and does not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal details.

The Application itself does not read personal data from your device. However, it includes third-party services (SDKs) from Google that automatically collect the following information when you use it:

• Device or other identifiers: the Android advertising ID, the app-set ID, the Firebase installation ID and the push notification token.
• Approximate location: derived from your IP address. The Application never accesses your precise (GPS) location.
• App activity: interactions with the Application, such as screens visited, events, ads viewed and time spent.
• App info and performance: crash logs and diagnostic data (device model, operating system version, app version, performance data).

This information is used to:

• show rewarded ads and measure their performance (advertising);
• understand how the Application is used and improve it (analytics);
• detect and fix crashes and errors;
• prevent fraud and invalid ad traffic, and keep the service secure;
• send push notifications about the game (for example, new events).

All data is transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

The data described above is collected and processed by the following Google services, each of which has its own privacy policy. Data collected by Google AdMob is shared with Google and its advertising partners for the purposes of advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

The Service Provider may also disclose information when required by law, or when it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Application asks for your consent through a consent message managed by Google before personalized ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Privacy options" link shown on the ad screen of the Application. If you do not give consent, non-personalized or limited ads may still be shown.

• You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
• You can disable push notifications for the Application in your device settings.
• You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

The Service Provider does not store personal data on its own servers. Data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained according to their own policies (for example, Google Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically). Your game progress is stored only on your device. If you have any request about your data, please contact [email protected] and it will be answered in a reasonable time.

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact [email protected] so that the necessary actions can be taken.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and handled by the third-party providers listed above, which apply their own security measures.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
